Booking and Cancellation Policy

Life can be a real pain sometimes and we get that every now and then things don’t go to plan. If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we regret that there may be a cancellation fee.

Just give us a call if you know you can’t make it. If we are closed, just leave a message. If you are unable to call us more than 4 hours out from your appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% percent of the booked value of the appointment.

We will be unable to re-book you until this fee has been paid.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not give us any notice that you can’t make it, there will be a no-show fee of 75% of the booked value of your appointment.

You will not be able to book any future appointments unless a 50% deposit is paid at the time of booking.

We are a small business that relies on having clients turn up to their booked appointment so that we can pay the stylist that is at work ready to do your hair, pay to keep the electricity on and doors open. When you can’t attend, it means we have turned away other clients because that time was specifically allocated to you, to make you look and feel amazing.

We appreciate your support of our Salon and hope that we never have to charge you these fees!!!
